Chicago Teaching and Learning Center to Serve Ex-Offenders; named for Sister Susan Sanders

A teaching and learning center opening in Chicago on March 12 will offer GED completion instruction and college-readiness courses to ex-offenders to prepare them for the workforce. The center is being named for Sister Susan M. Sanders, R.S.M., Ph.D., who was a mentor to co-founder Daniel W. Geiter, Ed.D., an ex-offender who believes education is a key to a brighter future and hopes to make that possible for others.
