Temporary Professed

I grew up in Vietnam, in a small, serene and tranquil hometown named Thạnh An with a lot of paddies and gentle rivers.

When I first encountered the two sisters of Mercy in Vietnam in 2019, I was touched by their heart of listening and their spirit of hospitality, which inspired me to know more about Mercy charism. The more I learned about the life of Catherine McAuley and the charism God entrusted her, the more I fell in love and felt that it fulfilled my deepest desire. Finally, I decided to enter the Institute of Sisters of Mercy. I truly believe that God called me to follow this Mercy Path.

Between 2023 to 2026 I served at Holy Cross High School in Kolambugan (Philippines) as a guidance counselor, religious studies teacher and campus minister at Holy Cross High School. I am currently preparing to return to my home country to begin a new ministry as a vocation promoter in Vietnam.

In my leisure time, I love to work in a flower garden, and I enjoy listening to soft soothing music. I love to sing hymns, which is also my way of prayer. I could say I was inspired to discern my religious vocation partly through music.
