Co-Directors of the Anti-Racism Office

The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas is seeking two visionary Co-Directors to guide its Anti-Racism Office, a highly visible, deeply purposeful role at the intersection of spiritual values, organizational change, and racial justice. Operating as co-equals, these leaders will shape policy, design and deliver education, and serve as trusted counselors to senior leadership and the broader Institute community. The Chaplain is a full member of the healthcare team who provides for the pastoral needs of patients, clients, families and staff .Specifi cally, the chaplain through professional training and certifi cation assists patients, clients and families to understand fully life’sevents as they relate to their spiritual and emotional well being. From the patients and clients life experience, the Chaplain providesspiritual assessments, and support services.

Director of Development, Mercy Center, Asbury Park, NJ

Mercy Center is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services and support, fueled by a deep, organizational commitment to ending generational poverty in the Asbury Park and beyond. We currently serve 24 municipalities in 6 counties.

Director of Development and Marketing, Cranaleith Spiritual Center

Location: Philadelphia. Cranaleith seeks a mission-driven, creative, and strategic thinker to develop and manage a broad range of development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate knows the principles and practices of nonprofit development, has excellent relationship-building skills, and excels in working on multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing multiple agendas. They know best practices and trends in data-driven marketing, brand management, and public relations. This person will clearly articulate Cranaleith’s mission, interests, and needs, and build a strong social and business presence to best represent Cranaleith to donors and effectively build positive working relationships within and outside the Cranaleith community.
