Talvacchia, Kathleen T. Embracing Disruptive Coherence: Coming Out as Erotic Ethical Practice. Eugene, OR, Cascade Books, 2019. Few people’s backgrounds prepare them for coming out in a hostile, or at least ‘unknowing’ world. This book sheds light on the experience and its importance.

Tonstad, Linn Marie. Queer Theology: Beyond Apologetics. Eugene: OR: Cascade Companions, 2018. A sophisticated approach to queer theology but one that is made understandable and accessible in this book.
