Coordinator of Faith Formation, Misericordia University

Under general direction, the Coordinator of Faith Formation works collaboratively with the Campus Ministry Team to provide leadership and direction in fostering the moral and spiritual well-being of the university community in the accomplishment of its educational mission. Campus Ministry is focused on the entire campus population which includes students, faculty, and staff. The leadership of this ministry is coordinated by the Director of Campus Ministry. The leadership style of Campus Ministry is based on a collaborative model and vision of church. Areas of responsibility are guided by the charisms of the Sisters of Mercy-mercy, hospitality, justice and service, the mission of Misericordia University and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Campus Ministry works with people of all faith backgrounds.


Director of Pastoral Care, Mercy Center

Mercy Center, licensed Skilled Nursing and Personal Care, seeks a Director of Pastoral Care. The Director will lead and direct the Pastoral Care Department, coordinate the pastoral care of residents, family, and staff, and provide direct pastoral care. Experience in health care ministry, gerontology, volunteers, liturgy, and management. Requirements include: Roman Catholic, Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Theology, or equivalent, Certification as a Chaplain by national credentialing agency (NACC or APC), or 4 units of CPE and 2-4 years spiritual care in healthcare setting. Associate Director for Leadership Formation, Mercy Education System

The coordinator of leadership formation is responsible for maintaining, expanding, creating, and delivering programs and services for leaders within the Mercy Education System of the Americas. Leaders are defined as local board members, local board chairs, administrators and/or potential administrators. Provide support to member institutions. All responsibilities and duties are to be conducted in accordance with the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas.
